Create your own iced latte at home!
1. Brew your espresso
Extract the desired amount of espresso, typically 1-2 shots.
2. Add ice to your favorite glass or travel cup
Be sure to leave room for milk and flavoring.
3. Pour espresso over ice
4. Add milk
We use 3/4 cup of lactose free whole milk, feel free to substitute with milk of your choosing. Whole milk adds a creamier flavor and texture. You can add or subtract milk according to your taste.
5. Add syrup.
MedEd uses 2 pumps of syrup. Pick your favorite flavors. 50/50 vanilla and carmel is a great combination. Some varieties include caramel, toasted marshmallow, vanilla, pumpkin spice, etc.
6. Stir
7. Add whipped cream
Throw a dollop of whipped cream on the top.
8. Add a sauce
Drizzle caramel, chocolate, white chocolate, etc. on top of the whipped cream.
9. Enjoy!
Feel free to remove the whip and sauce or add skimmed milk to lower the calorie content.
